Senior Smartsheet Solution Architect

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Smartsheet professionals who enjoy designing enterprise solutions, solving complex business challenges, and building scalable project management systems. What You'll Do: Design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale Smartsheet solutions for PMO and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) initiatives. Architect and maintain solutions using Smartsheet Control Center and other premium Smartsheet applications. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly workflows and solution designs. Develop dashboards, reports, automations, Dynamic Views, Data Shuttle workflows, and WorkApps. Create standardized project templates, governance frameworks, and best practices that support organizational growth. Recommend improvements for solution architecture, data organization, workflow efficiency, and platform scalability. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to continuously improve PMO processes and Smartsheet capabilities. Document solution designs, configurations, implementation guides, and technical best practices. Provide strategic recommendations to improve project visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency. Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience with Smartsheet Control Center . Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Smartsheet solutions. Strong expertise with Smartsheet premium applications, including: Control Center Dynamic View Data Shuttle Dashboards Reports Automations WorkApps Strong understanding of solution architecture, workflow design, governance, and scalable data organization. Experience supporting enterprise PMOs, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), or large-scale business operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders. Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently recommend scalable solutions and best practices. Nice to Haves: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or REST APIs. Experience with data integrations and automation. Experience with Smartsheet DataMesh, Bridge, or Resource Management. Smartsheet certifications.
